There is built-in seating on the sides of the deck where you can eat or sit and socialize. A stainless steel BBQ grill is available for cooking and serving meals al fresco. The home is surrounded by mature native vegetation for shade and natural beauty. You’ll find extra beach toys in the garage.

Step inside to California beach relaxation. The soft blue of the walls and beach colors of furnishings and décor bring the beach right to you! Multiple seating options around the fireplace and wall-mounted flat screen TV offer a place to plan the day or be entertained. The dining area shares the space and features a rectangular wood dining table that seats everyone, as well as easy access from the kitchen. The red and white décor of the kitchen offers a retro vibe while also boasting modern appliances. A myriad of cabinets and drawers host all the cooking basics you’ll need for a delicious home-cooked meal. Spacious counters offer plenty of room for prep, too. A cozy breakfast nook features a bistro-style table for two. The laundry with full-size washer and dryer are tucked in the corner of the space for easy access – everyone can help with the chore.
At the end of a fun-filled Southern California day, relax in a private bedroom. The master suite boasts a king bed, night tables, dresser, sitting area with oversized chair, and wall-mounted flat screen smart TV. A large mirror-fronted closet holds all your things.
