• THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY: There is a $30 pet fee per night, per pet. Up to 2 pets allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times.
• VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
PLEASE NOTE!
• Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
• Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
• Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7
• The fireplace is to not be utilized.
-Sewer and Waterline Replacement Project-Possible start date: July 19 or July 26 (exact date to be announced). The project is scheduled is expected to last about 2 weeks. Construction hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 in the afternoon. Pedestrian access to the alley will remain open, but vehicle access will be restricted, so please plan to park on a nearby street.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
- Early departures are non-refundable. Guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date will not receive a refund or credit for unused night
Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
