We would highly recommend the Harbor Penthouse. The location is great - it's a very short walk to good surf at the south jetty, and the harbor is close by. The unit was very spacious and clean. There is plenty of space in the living areas and kitchen for people to spread out and relax. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything that you need and a few extras. The master suite is huge and both bathrooms are very nice and clean. We will definitely rent this unit again for our next Oceanside vacation.

This house was fantastic. Location 10mn walk from the beach made it easy to get there with the kids. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance as well. The house had everything for kids and family, all the beach toys and chairs one might need. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable with clean linens. The shower was great with good hot pressure water. There were so many places to hang inside the house, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, upstairs patio. The host gave great instructions.
