SeaWorld “Howl-O-Scream”

When the lights go out for the evening, the ghosts and ghouls of the park take over. Angry haunters rampage throughout the “scare zones” to make their presence known. Enter the park and the house of horrors that awaits. While you’re getting spooked inside, enjoy refreshments, alcoholic beverages, and more. Enjoy live entertainment, dance the night away, or feel the thrills and chills of a nighttime roller coaster ride. The event is separate from daytime park admission. The event is not recommended for children under 13. The event runs September 29-October 31, 2023.

LEGOLAND California Brick-or-Treat

Be part of the fun as LEGO Monsters take over the celebration. The Monster Party transforms the resort into a Halloween adventureland of candy, kid-friendly shows, and LEGO Monsters characters. The party includes live entertainment and shows, limited-time Halloween attractions, a costume contest, and plenty of trick-or-treating fun. Make sure to make the celebration a part of your Halloween vacation. September dates are the 16th, 23rd, and 30th. October dates are October 7-8, 14-15, 21-22, and 28-29. The spooky fun is included with daily ticket prices!

Halloween Spooktakular

Include Oceanside in your Halloween retreat plans. The town’s free event features plenty of Halloween fun for the whole family. The free event takes place on Saturday, October 28, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Mission Marketplace.

Beach & Water Activities

When most people think of California trolleys, their mind may wander straight to San Francisco, but there’s one in San Diego, too! The trolley isn’t just a fun mode of transportation, though. The whole route includes a total of 11 stops around the city, and your conductor is also a knowledgeable guide who can fill you in on everything there is to see and do along the route.
