Exterior Features
A set of steps leads to the second level wraparound balcony and front entrance to the home. Halfway up the grand staircase to the entrance is a set of steps leading up to a grassy area. It’s a great place to let the dogs run and relieve themselves and is also accessible from inside the house. Explore a little further and follow the balcony around to arrive at a sprawling patio area. Outdoor furnishings give everyone a place to sit and gaze out at the ocean view. On the top level is a cozy patio featuring outdoor dining set, adjustable chaise lounges, and large stainless steel BBQ grill for meals al fresco. There’s also quick access from the kitchen to make outdoor meals a breeze. Enjoy the meal with panoramic views of the ocean. Off the master suite is a cozy private balcony with a bistro table for two and views of the ocean.
Interior Amenities
Step inside the home and set your bags aside to explore. As you enter there’s a lounge area with foosball table and seating. This room is also accessible from the grassy area in front. Continue through the home to the open great room. The living space boasts two curved couches that offer everyone a place to sit. Gaze out at ocean views from a myriad of large windows or look up and admire the vaulted ceiling with wood beams. At mealtime, step into the fully equipped kitchen. Open cupboards and drawers to find all the basic cookware and utensils you need, then turn to stainless steel appliances to complete the meal. Spacious tiled counters, including a kitchen island with prep sink, offer plenty of workspace. A large walk-in pantry offers extra storage for larger items. Enjoy less formal meals in the nearby breakfast nook that seats four. For larger group meals, the dining table that seats eight is just a few steps away. Flanking the steps to the master suite are two more cozy seating spaces. To one side is a comfortable loveseat and chair, and the other hosts a flat screen TV and entertainment center surrounded by seating. There is a half bath for your convenience.
At the end of a fun-filled day, get a good night’s sleep. The lower levels boast three bedrooms. The first hosts a king bed with night tables and lamps, a dresser, entertainment center with flat screen TV, a loveseat, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed, night tables with lamps, and a dresser with flat screen TV on top. A nearby bathroom hosts a tub/shower combo and double-sink vanity. The third bedroom hosts a queen bed, night tables with lamps, and a cozy chair. An extra sleeping space can be found in the living room – a queen sofa bed. The master suite is on the top floor. Carpeted floors host a California king bed, night tables with lamps, two cozy chairs, and a dresser with flat screen TV on top. Multiple large windows, including the glass panel door to the private balcony, offer plenty of natural light. The en suite bath offers a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, and double-sink vanity.
