CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival:
• Receive full refund
Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival:
• Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees)
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun

Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available for an additional fee
Exterior surveillance cameras may be present and recording 24/7
Home is not baby-proofed; guests are responsible for child safety
