· No parties, gatherings, or events allowed - Strictly enforced. (a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence.)
· This home is pet friendly. ( $50 per night, per pet, additional fee. Up to 1 dog is allowed. We only accept dogs, not cats)
· No smoking anywhere on the property ($250 fine applies)

· Home is not baby/child proofed—please supervise children at all times
· CAMERAS: Exterior cameras record 24/7 (in the driveway)
