‼️IMPORTANT NOTE: For safety, this home is not suitable for children ages 0–3. Children should be supervised at all times around the pool.

HOUSE RULES
· Max occupancy: 10
· Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am
· NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ALLOWED - Strictly enforced. (a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence.)
· THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY. ( $75 per night, additional fee. Up to 1 dog allowed. We only accept dogs, not cats)
· NO SMOKING anywhere on the property ($250 fine applies)
️ GOOD TO KNOW
· Home is not baby/child proofed—please supervise children at all times
· CAMERAS: Exterior cameras record 24/7 ( both driveway, front of the main house, and on the side of the guest house)
· Property landscapers are onsite daily.
· There are stairs in both properties.
· The pools are not fenced and there is no lifeguard on duty.
· The main house is where the hot tub is located and it is built into the pool.
· The guest house has a narrow, spiral staircase between both levels and there is no bedroom door.
· Fireplaces are to not be utilized.
· The upstairs level in the guest house has real wood flooring. It has been sanded and painted.
· Kindly note that the bottom level of the guest house features polished concrete flooring which, while meticulously cleaned, might feel cooler and retain a unique texture. We suggest bringing along cozy socks or slippers for added comfort during your stay.
