Welcome to 25th Street's BEACH DREAMS, a Del Mar beach home. We are a quick one-block walk to flat sandy beach access (just 7 houses to the beach!). Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths (a 3rd hot/cold shower outdoors to rinse the sand off). There are no stairs at our home, it is all on one level. Great for elders! This home is light, bright, and has an ocean feel inside, with lots of beach art. The home sleeps up to 10 people and has a 2-car garage.

- Bedroom 4 - Two king beds
- 2 Shared bathrooms in hallway, both with shower/tub combo

AMENITIES
- We have a recently remodeled kitchen with all the cooking gear, ready for you to make your family meals.
- Our fenced-in yard has a great outdoor entertaining area complete
- Built-in BBQ and a big outdoor table with umbrella
- There is additional seating in the front of the house with new chairs, outdoor sofa and table.
- Outdoor shower & beach gear essential for feeling like a local
- The living room has a flat screen TV with cable. You can see the living room from the recently remodeled kitchen.
- Lastly, our home is on a cul-de-sac, another bonus for kids!
- Books, toys and plenty of beach gear for the kids.

PARKING
- There are 3 driveway parking spots (so that makes 5 on-site parking spots total). Please note: There is NO STREET PARKING.

HOUSE RULES
- Max occupancy: 10
- Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ALLOWED - Strictly enforced.
- Pet friendly - $50 per pet, per night. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets unattended during your stay.
- There shall be no video, still photography, or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Exterior surveillance cameras
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child-proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- No AC in this home
- Need a Pack and Play and a High Chair for your visit? Please let our team members know if you need a pack n' play or high chair. There is a $25 fee, per stay for renting a high chair and a $35 fee for a pack n' play.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
• Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
• Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
