PARKING

· PLEASE NOTE: The parking spot is narrow.
· Parking can be difficult to find on the street, especially during the summer months. We recommend planning on bringing 1 vehicle only.
HOUSE RULES
· Max occupancy: 5
· Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am
· No parties, gatherings, or events allowed - Strictly enforced. (a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence.)
· This home is pet friendly. ( $50 per night, per pet, additional fee. We only accept dogs, not cats)
· No smoking anywhere on the property ($250 fine applies)

· Home is not baby/child proofed—please supervise children at all times
· CAMERAS: Exterior cameras record 24/7 (front patio and back of home)
· TV Information: The home does not have cable. All TVs are Smart TVs, so guests can sign in using their own accounts to access streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and more.
· Construction Notice Mission Beach Area - The City of San Diego has begun long-term storm drain improvements along Mission Blvd and surrounding streets, expected to last through Summer 2029. You may experience occasional noise, road detours, or limited street parking nearby during your stay. We sincerely appreciate your understanding as the city works to improve the local infrastructure.
