LOCATION 

- This beach house resides in Del Mar Beach Colony, a quiet and walkable neighborhood, just one and a half short blocks from the beach. Dog Beach is very close. Del Mar village is a short walk or drive away, with restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Walking distance to Del Mar Fairgrounds (SD Fair, Racetrack, etc).



ACCOMMODATION

- Sleeps up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms 

- The large primary bedroom has a king- size bed and an alcove with a full-size bed. Includes a desk, A/C, a ceiling fan and 60” Smart TV. En-suite bathroom with large shower.

- The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. There is a front balcony with chairs leading from this bedroom.

- The kitchen is well stocked and includes a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher and plenty of serving platters and dishes

- Dining table seats 6 and 3 bar stools look into the kitchen. 

- There is a guest bathroom with a toilet and sink downstairs.



AMENITIES

- The beach house has all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation, including free WiFi, two - 60” smart TVs in the primary bedroom and living room, linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. 

- There is a washer and dryer in the garage. 

- A large slider leads to the private backyard and includes a Weber gas grill, outdoor hot and cold shower, dining table for 6, and 4 comfy Sunbrella chairs.  

- Beach equipment is provided and includes 6 beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, 6 large beach towels, 2 boogie boards, sand toys, and paddle toys.

- The water throughout the entire home is filtered by LifeSource Water.




PARKING

You can fit up to two cars in the driveway easily. No street or garage parking.


- 220-volt EV charging port. Cable not provided.



HOUSE RULES

- MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 5

- QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am 

- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced. 

- THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $50 fee per night, per dog. Up to 1 dog allowed. We only accept dogs. Cats are not allowed due to the homeowner's allergies. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that on Airbnb these fees are collected after the booking has been paid and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.  

- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.

- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.



PLEASE NOTE!

- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.

- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.

- Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7

- Please note you can occasionally hear some train noise from the coaster because of how close this location is to the beach.

- The fireplace is to not be utilized.

- The wine fridge in the kitchen does not work.





CANCELLATION POLICY

A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival:

• Receive full refund

Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival:

• Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees) 

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun



Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:

- If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
