With everything from 5 star dining, to The San Luis Rey River Trail, and a darling front porch, this little home is near all the action. After a long days adventure, hang out in the fully-fenced backyard and enjoy playtime with your fur-baby or watch the sunset. The fire pit is the perfect setting to replay the highlights of the day. Let us help make your Oceanside vacation memories last for a lifetime! Don't forget to checkout the Sunset Farmers Market in downtown Oceanside, every Thursday, 5-9pm.

• THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY: There is a $30 pet fee per night, per pet. Up to 2 pets allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times.
• Sorry, this home does not have cable.
• VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

PLEASE NOTE!
• Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
• Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
• There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are located outside the garage door and overlooking the front porch

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival:
• Receive full refund
Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival:
• Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees)
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun

Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
