Walking distance to downtown and the pier with many shops and restaurants. Just a block away from my favourite yoga studio in Oceanside and the weekly Thursday market with an incredible selection of food and stalls and live music.
Would have extended our stay here, but it was already fully booked.

The house exceeded our expectations and we were very happy with the comfortable amenities. We were traveling with 5 adults and having a king bed in each of the bedrooms made it very nice. There were plenty of spaces to lounge and spread out from inside to outside. The patio and the roof top were fun spots to enjoy the evenings and the inside had gathering spaces to be solo or get together for a board game. For us the biggest plus was the location of the house. Everything was within walking distance - the beach, restaurants and shopping. Oceanside is a nice community for relaxation allowing for a slower pace on a get away, which is just what we were looking for. Best Stay in Oceanside! Let me start by saying, we’ve been renting/visiting Oceanside for the past 4 years and this was by far the best Stay we have ever had in Oceanside! This house was absolutely incredible! From the minute we walked in we were nothing but ecstatic with this home. Let me start with the Kitchen, it had absolutely everything we needed to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal and I mean everything! This kitchen was truly designed with a chef in mind. Top of the line appliances right down to the Nespresso machine! The beds were so comfortable that all of my kids commented how amazing they slept, and lets not forget the rain showers and that incredible tub in the master bathroom! This home is clean and provides all necessities for our stay without having to run to the store. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. It was very clean and declutter but had all the essentials we needed for cooking and beach trips. We even took the wagon down to the beach and used the boogie boards, beach chairs and sand castle toys provided. Our stay at Sea Spray was great from the moment we arrived. The instructions for the house were clear and precise. The house was very clean and spacious. The Amazing Sunset Market Thursday nights is right down the street. I recommend walking to the Harbor in the early evening to eat at Harbor Fish & Chips. Beer Town and Stone Brewery are in stumbling distance. The Rooftop Bar in the Mission Pacific Hotel for Happy Hour. Brown Cup Cafe & Lounge around the corner for coffee and delicious Spam Musubi. This home is perfectly and centrally located! As a previous resident of San Diego, we could not have been happier with convenient walks to local pubs, food, and beach! The home is immaculate and very clean! Keep in mind there is only two TVs and a smaller couch in the main sitting area with the kitchen. However this is not a detour to rent again! home is well stocked with all the kitchen appliances and toiletries to get through a week with our big group. Additionally having the portable crib and high chair was a bonus!

Not only was the house beautiful, clean, huge and fully stocked, the location was absolutely perfect. 10 min walk to the beach and 5 mins to restaurants, stores, bars, Starbucks….quite literally everything. We stayed here with a family of 6 and I would 100000% stay here again. Kimberly was super communicative and I felt totally at home. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. Everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were and we all felt right at home! We had two families with kids staying at the house and there was plenty of space for all of us with tons of privacy for each family. The location is walkable to everything Oceanside has to offer. We spent a lot of time soaking up the sun on the large patio! Overall an amazing time and we would definitely stay here again!!

This house was WAY better than I expected. The place was huge! And probably the best Air BnB I have ever stayed in. We only had three people stay here, but I could definitely see that the place could easily accommodate six or eight adults. The three king size beds were so comfortable and there were large closets to store our clothes. Everything was spotless. The garage was nice because I didn't have to find a place to park on the street. We walked to nearby restaurants and to the beach with no trouble at all. I hope I can stay here again the next timeI visit Oceanside! Thank you, Kimberly, for providing such a wonderful place to stay!

The house was beautiful and very well decorated! It was very clean as well! The location is also fantastic. It’s close to the beach and near so many walkable restaurants. The one negative perhaps about the house is that the alleyway located behind the house (opening to the garage) is a spot where many homeless people congregate. This didn’t bother my wife and me too much as we are used to the homeless population being Oceanside residents and having lived in San Francisco in the past. Just want to be honest as this might be a deterrent to some. Other than that, the house is a gem and we look forward to another stay one day!

Staying at the Sea Spray in Oceanside was as advertised and more. Kimberley and her team do a great job. The house has a great layout, is spacious, clean and provides access to the garage. The beach, pier and many restaurants are an easy walk from the house.

Great place to stay in Oceanside, we would definitely stay here again. House was very clean & comfortable & we enjoyed the rooftop deck to get morning sun. Nice neighborhood to take walks to the beach & good restaurants very close. Beach only 5 minute drive to surf near harbor. Didn’t have a problem with street parking for our second car. Beds were comfortable & bathroom & shower tile were nicely done. It was a very nice stay in a very nice home.

We were able to host family overnight in the 3 king bedrooms, as well as around the large dining room table. It was an easy walk to the beach or to nearby restaurants and coffee shops. We'll be back!

Best house we’ve ever rented. Ever. The house was immaculately clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the living spaces were comfortable (we had a party of 6). Normally I get homesick for my own bed but that was not the case here. I slept like a ROCK in the master bedroom. The sheets in all bedrooms were high quality, as were the towels. The pull out futon is not your average futon - it’s plush, sturdy, and when given the option to switch with one of her sisters & sleep in a bed after her first night on the futon, our very picky teen daughter opted for the futon. The washer and dryer work like a charm. There was laundry detergent on site which meant not only did we go home with suitcases packed with clean clothes but we were able to start a load of sheets for the cleaning crew who clearly works very hard to diligently clean and disinfect this house. I’m normally weird about taking baths in rentals but I knew as clean as the house was, the tub was “safe”. I took baths every night and told my husband that was the tub we needed for our own home when it’s time to upgrade our master bath. The towels are luxury and oversized. I could go on and on - every detail was considered when setting this home up for convenience and comfort. We rented a 2022 Tahoe and it fit in the garage - it was tight but it fit. I can’t say enough about this home. If you’re on the fence, book it! You won’t regret it.

This home was amazing. This one was one the best vacations we’ve had. The kitchen was so modern and the appliances were brand new. Very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The sheets were luxurious and the the bathrooms look like they were out of a magazine. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the beach and all the restaurants. We didn’t move the car once. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were super responsive. We’ll definitely be coming here again for a longer stay!
