· This home is NOT pet friendly

· No smoking anywhere on the property ($250 fine applies

· Central heating only NO AC

· This is a vintage 1930s home, and its older character is part of its charm. The home has not been updated, and the furniture and decor reflect its original era. You may notice an older, vintage smell inside the home, which is normal for the property.
