Wake up to the waves in this oceanfront 1810 sq ft condo, featuring an expansive condo-length patio with plenty of seating for the entire family. Each bedroom in this large 3-bedroom condo has its own access to the oceanfront patio. The beach is just down the steps from the building for quick and easy access. It also houses a home office. We’ll supply the beach gear, the pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts. You bring your family and have the time of your lives.

HOUSE RULES
- Max occupancy at all times: 6
- Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO VISITING GUESTS IF IT EXCEEDS MAX OCCUPANCY, OR EVENTS ALLOWED - Strictly enforced.
- There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner.
- No smoking allowed
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is located on the front patio
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
-Homeowners Association Construction located on the backside of the clubhouse and Garage 1. From October 28-November 18, 2026. Might hear minimal construction noise.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival:
• Receive full refund
Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival:
• Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees)
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun

Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The place was well set up in the kitchen, plenty of space for the four of us and across right on the beachfront! The beach is beautiful white sand, with a lifeguard tower right at the bottom of the steps from the property. The pools were large and great for the afternoons with kids. All the things you could want for a fun day at the beach were provided. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed being able to walk to the gorgeous town and enjoy the great restaurants and stores there. We also enjoyed the fireworks just a few steps away on the 4th of July. The condo was in a great location! The views were spectacular! Check in was easy and the instructions were very clear. Access to the beach was easy (lots of stairs) and we didn’t have to load up into the car. Kimberly place staff were outstanding. Professional, friendly and very helpful in every interaction from the time of reservation through our stay! The rental nice views and lots of room inside. Stairs down to the beach for countless hours of surf and sand. The condominium culture overall seemed geared toward retirees, some of whom seemed frustrated about us being there as “renters.” Perhaps this is something to keep mind for families, like us, that visit. I would highly recommend this condo! Looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable and we never saw a single ant!! (This is huge in this area). The pool and jacuzzi were great after a long day at the beach. We could walk to great restaurants, bars, CVS, etc. The beach access was great and less crowded than Fletcher’s Cove. They provided nice beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The kitchen had everything you would need and the full size washer and dryer came in handy. Kimberly’s condo is huge! There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a huge living room/dining room, and a study. It is located right on the cliff overlooking the ocean. We kept the sliding glass doors open at night to keep the condo cool and to be able to listen to the sound of the ocean waves. We loved our stay! - ABNB Review

The condo was amazing inside and out. You cannot beat the views of the Pacific! Every bedroom, and the main room have large sliding glass doors that look directly out over the ocean. Location was magnificent--the view, the surroundings, the options within the complex, security and the proximity to so many restaurants and activities. The furnishings were perfect--classy and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked to make everything easy. From the beginning, the host proactively provided us with very detailed instructions for accessing the home, including an annotated satellite map. When questions arose, they were immediately answered. Upon arriving at the home, we were blown away by the layout, which made the most of the location, and the quality of the furnishings and amenities. It struck a very nice balance between quality and comfort that allowed us to feel right at home and very comfortable. Listening to the waves crash below the cliff was the perfect sound track, and a great way to fall asleep at night. When it came time to checkout, the responsiveness of the host made the process seamless. We were very fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this amazing home.

Not only was this place spacious, with a large master and bathroom suite, but the 2 guest beds and 2 guest baths were a good size also PLUS, you could see the ocean from every bedroom, and the kitchen/dining. You can also see the ocean from the master bedroom mirror when you are getting ready! You only need to walk down the path a bit to get take the long stairs down to the beach. But the view of the ocean over the cliff was breathtaking! The koi pond as you walk to and from your condo to the parking garage or even to the "strip" is soooo beautiful! The furniture was super comfy, and decor was eclectic and super pleasing to the eye.

Wow. We have stayed at many places in Solana beach / Del Mar (including this complex) and this was the best. First floor, ocean views from every room and access to the patio. Sunset views every day. Walking to both Solana Beach restaurants, shops, as well as Del Mar.The place was spotless, the furniture, set up met all or needs. Bedrooms were great, spacious master bath and bedroom. Loved the office as my husband had to work. All rooms open to patio. Patio furniture great, kitchen very well set up and had so many utensils. Would absolutely rent again. Complex is lovely with beautiful landscaping including a koi pond. Access to beach stairs at end of complex. Beach gear, towels, etc. Again, loved everything!
