Endless Summer is a multi-level condo in Solana Beach and the former home of music producer Burt Bacharach. Located just 3 minutes from local restaurants and shops, with a short walk to the beach ️ via the community’s private stairs, this home makes it easy to enjoy the best of the area.

Inside, you’ll find a pool table, ping pong table, and a dedicated office space for remote work. The private patio offers a fire pit and plenty of seating for relaxing outdoors. Guests also have access to the community’s tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, and gym, giving you plenty of ways to enjoy your stay.

‼️IMPORTANT NOTE: For safety, this home is not suitable for children ages 0–3. Children should be supervised at all times around the pool.

· The main pool is a short walk from the condo and is heated year round.
· Fitness center with dressing rooms and saunas
· Guests also have access to two additional community pools, the North and South Pools, both with views of the Pacific Ocean. Between the pools is an enclosed view lounge with a view deck above, plus a private stairway providing direct access to the beach.
· Additional Pool/Spa is located on the East side of the property across the street
· Tennis Courts are located on the East side of the property across the street

· Built in BBQ and dining area on the patio
· Large living area with open concept kitchen that is fully stocked
· Laundry area with washer and dryer
· Beach gear provided

PARKING

· Covered parking up to 4 vehicles

HOUSE RULES

· Max occupancy: 9
· Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am
· No parties, gatherings, or events allowed - Strictly enforced. (a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence.)
This home is pet friendly. ( $50 per night, per pet, additional fee. Up to 1 dog allowed. We only accept dogs, not cats)
· No smoking anywhere on the property ($250 fine applies)

️ GOOD TO KNOW

· Home is not baby/child proofed—please supervise children at all times
· CAMERAS: Exterior cameras record 24/7 (outside the front door)
· Fireplace is not to be utilized
· The pools are NOT fenced and there is no lifeguard on duty.
· Dogs are not permitted in the View Lounge, pool areas, jacuzzi areas, gym or on the tennis courts.
· Scaffolding removal is scheduled for August 10–13, with mansard replacement work near the main pool expected to continue for approximately three months. Construction is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with minimal noise expected inside the unit.
