We loved our stay in Encinitas! It was a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. The home itself was perfect for our needs. We had fun in the area riding bikes on the Pacific Coast Trail, hiking Annie's trail, enjoying the beautiful backyard and hot tub of the unit. It was lovely. The house was really relaxing and spacious, the furnishings were comfortable (would have been nice to have dressers in all of the bedrooms), everything was really clean. We walked down to the beach every morning. The kitchen was really well equipped, including a blender to make our morning smoothies :-) And we had fun playing pool! Staying there was a really relaxing and pleasant experience, we wish we could have been there longer!

Quiet, spacious home with easy access to places like Moonlight Beach, Legoland, and other spots in San Diego. The kids loved the pool table and hot tub. Nice that they have Rokus for the TVs for easy streaming. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The beach toys and umbrella were also a nice perk so we didn’t have to worry about packing any of that.

We are so glad we stayed at Kimberley’s place! After leaving another air bnb due to safety reasons, what a relief it was to stay here. We were traveling g from Alaska to see our daughter graduate Marine Corps boot camp, and do not know the area well. Much unlike our initial booking, Kimberly’s home is in a great neighborhood, clean and a well cared for property. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and serving ware to easily accommodate our family of 8. There is a target and lots of other shopping just minutes away, as is the beach! We all felt very much at home, well decorated comfortable bedrooms. Most importantly, we felt safe as can be! We will most definitely stay here again!

Kimberly’s rental was beautiful! The bed in the master was a large custom size and very comfortable! The Home was beautifully furnished with high and accessories. It is perfect for a couple or a group as it has a pool table, poker table, hot tub, and an outdoor shower! The neighborhood is eclectic, the neighbors, friendly, and a quick walk to beach access. As for local amenities, let’s just say my husband and I gained weight from all of the good local food and watering holes that were in walking distance. Did I mention the shopping??

Kimberly's home was beautiful. My family had a great time there. The house has a very open feel, with plenty of space. My kids loved the shuffleboard and pool table. My wife loved the kitchen. The fast internet worked great while my kids streamed all their shows on the Roku-equipped televisions. The neighborhood was quiet. The master bathroom with dual sinks is gorgeous, and there is a large walk-in closet off of the master bathroom for all your luggage. We will be staying there again. :-)

We had a great time staying here. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with answering any questions we had during our stay. The house was great for our group of 7. Plenty of things to do in the home between the shuffleboard table, pool table, and the hot tub outside. The kitchen was stocked with basic cookware/appliances so were able to enjoy a few meals at home when we didn't feel like walking to nearby restaurants. Lots of smart tvs throughout the house made it easy to stream music, tv, etc. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this place and would definitely recommend it to others.

The neighborhood was well kept and quiet. The home was very clean, well decorated, spacious, and had all the living needs from cookware and seasonings to bathroom amenities. The hot tub, pool table and shuffle board were fun activities and they had cornhole and a paddle board in the garage for use. The bed was so comfortable and the towels were high quality. We had no issues with our stay and we even received a text message afterwards informing us of a lost AirPod which the host was willing to send back to us.

This was a great place to stay. Awesome to have the hot tub, pool table and shuffle board tables. Beds were very comfortable with decent blankets and linens. The kitchen wasn't well stocked for serious cooking - bad and few pots and pans, no measuring cups, etc; there was also an issue getting the thermostat to work sometimes. Otherwise, it worked out very well--would recommend.

We booked this home for an entire week and it was so worth it! The location is great, not far from the beach and local stores. The entire neighborhood feels really safe! This home had a lot to offer to our family. The hot tub was clean and the shape of the home was perfect. Our family enjoyed the shuffle board, pool table and corn hole.
