- Not baby/child proof-proofed - please walk the space on arrival and supervise kids at all times.
- CAMERAS: Exterior cameras record 24/7 (front door and garage).
- Beach Stairs and Sidewalk Improvements:Phase 2 of the beach stairs and sidewalk construction project along Carlsbad Boulevard between Pine and Tamarack avenues will resume as planned after Labor Day September 7th. The project is scheduled to be completed in May 2027.Traffic in the work area will be reduced to one lane in each direction on Carlsbad Boulevard.Portions of the upper sidewalk will be closed.Construction equipment and signage will be visible throughout the work area.Hours from MON-FRI, except city holidays 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
- Early departures are non-refundable. Guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date will not receive a refund or credit for unused night
PARTIES AND OVEROCCUPANCY POLICY:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
