‼️IMPORTANT NOTE: For safety, this home is not suitable for children ages 0–3. Children should be supervised at all times around the pool.

• 1st Bedroom: Cali King bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with steam shower and claw foot tub.
• 2nd Bedroom: Cali King bed, closet and access to the backyard
• 3rd Bedroom: Cali King Bed, ensuite bathroom and direct access to the back courtyard
• 4th Bedroom: Cali King Bed

Master Bathroom: Tub/shower combo
Hallway Bathroom: Back of the house, tub/shower combo
Downstairs Ensuite: walk in shower

HOUSE RULES

• Max occupancy: 8
• Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am
• No parties, gatherings, or events allowed - Strictly enforced. (a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence.)
• This home is pet friendly. ( $75 per night, additional fee. Up to 1 dog allowed. We only accept dogs, not cats)
• No smoking anywhere on the property ($250 fine applies)

️ GOOD TO KNOW

• Home is not baby/child proofed—please supervise children at all times.
• CAMERAS: Exterior cameras record 24/7 ( outside the front door and facing driveway, above garage)
• There are stairs throughout both properties.
• The pools are not fenced and there is no lifeguard on duty.
• This home is located on a shared lot. The guest house in the backyard is separate from the main house. You do not share any amenities or areas with the guest house.

• Fireplaces are to not be used.
