- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $40 pet fee per night, per dog. Up to 3 dogs allowed. We only accept dogs, no cats allowed. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7. The cameras are at the front door & in the alleyway.
- This home is situated on a main road in Del Mar, so there will be steady traffic and noise.
- The fireplace is not for use.
- The master bedroom and the upstairs living room both offer ocean views.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
- Early departures are non-refundable. Guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date will not receive a refund or credit for unused night
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or over occupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
