· CAMERAS: Exterior cameras record 24/7 (within the complex)
· The complex offers pay-per-use laundry facilities, and the rooftop features shared BBQ grills and seating.
· NO AC & heating only portable AC and heating units
· The community pool and spa are not directly connected to the property; you will need to walk approximately 250 feet down the street to access them. The sauna is not operable.
· The look-out terrace off the living room is not for standing or sitting. Please refrain from walking on the terrace and stay inside the unit for your safety.

There will be Roof-mounted swing stages positioned directly in front of many resident balconies and windows.Some construction noise. Work hrs Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 2 months.
