Enjoy a relaxing La Jolla getaway in this single-level coastal retreat, just 1.3 miles from La Jolla Shore beach ️ and a few drive away from local dining. The spacious backyard features a heated pool and spa, two fire pits with comfortable seating, and a lush courtyard with string lights.

Inside, the home offers a beautiful kitchen, spacious dining area, breakfast nook, and multiple comfortable spaces to relax and spend time together. Spend the day by the pool, enjoy a meal outdoors, or gather around the fire pits in the evening.

‼️IMPORTANT NOTE: For safety, this home is not suitable for children ages 0–3. Children should be supervised at all times around the pool.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

· Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bath, walk-in closet, courtyard access, in-bedroom office
· Second Bedroom: King Bed, ensuite bath, wardrobe closet, courtyard access
· Third Bedroom: Queen bed, ensuite bath, access to the side patio with a fire pit
· Fourth Bedroom: Two bunk beds, in-bedroom office, ensuite bathroom

Primary Bathroom: ensuite bath
Second Bathroom: ensuite bath
Third Bathroom: Shower/tub combo
Fourth Bathroom: Ensuite bath with access from the hallway

PARKING

· Up to 4 vehicles in the driveway, garage access is restricted. Parking in front of the garage is also not permitted.
· EV Charger Outlet – NEMA 14-50R, 50A 125/250V; guests must bring their own charging cable.

HOUSE RULES

· Max Occupancy at all times: 10
· Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am
· No parties, gatherings, or events allowed - Strictly enforced. (a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence.)
· This home is not pet friendly.
· No Smoking anywhere on the property ($250 fine applies)

️ GOOD TO KNOW

· Home is not baby/child proofed—please supervise children at all times
· CAMERAS: Exterior cameras record 24/7 (All around the front side of the home)
· The indoor fireplace & piano are not for use.
· The pool is not enclosed by a fence and is heated to 80 degrees. The temperature cannot be adjusted.
· No lifeguard at the pool; only the patio is fenced.
· Construction is taking place at the neighboring property Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Some intermittent noise may be heard during the first few weeks but is expected to decrease over time. We do not anticipate heavy construction noise or trucks blocking the driveway, but please contact our team if this occurs.
· If you need EV charging, please let our team know so we can coordinate access if the neighboring vehicle needs to be moved.
