Part of a community home featuring seven cottages, it offers a welcoming setting for your coastal stay. Traveling with your pup? Dogs are welcome, and the property features a fully fenced outdoor area. Please note that dogs must remain leashed while outside.

After a day of coastal adventures, unwind in the cottage with a portable AC unit to help keep you cool. Beach gear is provided for your seaside outings, and a shared community washer and dryer are available for added convenience. It's a comfortable home base for enjoying Ocean Beach with your four-legged companion.

No parties, gatherings, or events allowed - Strictly enforced. (a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence.)
This home is pet friendly. -fees apply
No smoking anywhere on the property ($250 fine applies)

Home is not baby/child proofed—please supervise children at all times.
CAMERAS: Exterior cameras record 24/7 ( in communal space)
If you are bringing a furry friend, the dog is required to be leashed at all times when outside of the unit.
Your pet may not urinate or defecate in the unit at any time.
