CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival:
• Receive full refund
Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival:
• Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees)
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun
PARTIES AND OVEROCCUPANCY POLICY
Violations regarding noise, parties, or occupancy may result in $500 fine per occurrence and potential eviction without refund
