-There shall be no video, still photography, or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found
PLEASE NOTE!
- There is a Ring video door bell located at entry of the property
- This home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to make the space safe for children
- There is no cable. The TVs are smart and require your own log-in credentials (Netflix, Hulu, etc.)
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion and may include additional fees
- Lock-box access details will be sent prior to arrival
CANCELLATION POLICYGuests can cancel until 30 days before check-in for a full refund including taxes, and you won’t be paid
If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, but after the 24-hour cancellation period, they’ll receive a 50% refund including full taxes, and you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, they’ll receive a refund of pro-rated taxes, and you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
Parties and Over occupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any rules regarding noise, parties, or over occupancy, and complaints are received, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. If verified, the guest may be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
