We had a wonderful experience at Kimberly's place! The views and scenery were breathtaking and exactly as described. Having the ability to look out of the large sliding glass door and see the ocean over the bluffs is truly an unforgettable experience. The home itself was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The property amenities were similarly well-maintained and clean. The condo was very quiet with very kind and respectful neighbors. The resources provided were also a huge benefit: not only were there more than enough cleaning supplies, such as laundry pods, paper towels, etc to make our stay that much easier, the inclusion of beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella, etc made the beach days as relaxing and enjoyable as possible for ourselves and our kids. We had a wonderful visit at this location. Magnificent views of the ocean from the apartment, easy beach access. Fantastic SOCAL sunsets. For the interior the large living room + kitchen being combined made it easy for our party of four to hang around. Modern standard and great bedrooms. Other facilities we used were the tennis courts, pool and jacuzzi - the latter being very nice, warm and relaxing after a day of activities. For nearby restaurants, Monarchs up at Del Mar became a favorite, as well as the Taco Stand in Encinitas. Very easy to follow the instructions when checkin in, and to get in and out of the facility. Stunning! This condo is over the top! I stayed here for almost 3 weeks with my husband and 2 daughters and we couldn't have been more impressed. Everything was so tastefully designed and gorgeous. The ocean views are amazing and we could watch beach-goers during the day and the sunset every night. The property grounds are lush and beautiful with lovely koi ponds and streams. The beds are more comfortable than what I have at home (literally!) and the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze made for a great night sleep...and this so important to me when traveling! There is so much to do and see in Solana Beach (and surrounding areas) that we never had a dull moment and it was so easy to keep the family entertained. My family and I (wife and 2 teenagers) stayed here the first week of August and we had a wonderful time! We are from South Jersey and were looking for a great Southern California getaway, and this place did not disappoint. The condo is as advertised, beautifully appointed, very luxurious, with fantastic ocean views. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths gave everyone their own space. Open all the windows and the breezes are wonderful along with the sounds of the ocean, very comfortable and relaxing. Great location too, we visited San Diego and La Jolla sites but mostly enjoyed the views and the beach (well-equipped beach chairs, towels, umbrella, bogie-boards, etc. also helped the experience). The home is immaculate- the light & bright designer finishes & furnishings give it an upscale beachy feel. Beds were super comfortable; luxury linens & down comforters. The owners spared no expense on the thoughtful remodel of this gem. The home sits high on a bluff with up close & spectacular views of the Ocean which are visible from great room & kitchen. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets while sitting on the patio. Slept with the windows open and listened to the waves all night. We enjoyed the serenity of this quiet location and enjoyed having Cedros Ave within walking distance to enjoy shopping & dining. Everything about the weekend was perfection, including this gorgeous condo with its breath-taking views! We’ve traveled and booked many accommodations around the country over the past years, always with some mild trepidation about how things would measure up……. This place is all that it advertises to be, and then some! Our family of 4 and mother-in-law stayed here for one week. We loved this condo! It was extremely clean and had very high quality appliances. It also had thermostats in each room so my mother-in-law who runs hot, could keep her room on the cooler side and I could keep mine on the warmer side. I also liked it that the owner left laundry detergent and paper towels for us. In the past when we have stayed at places like this, we end up having to purchase these items . From the moment we walked into the condo and heard the crashing waves and saw the sunset, we knew it was going to be a great vacation. I can't say enough about the entire renting process from start to finish with Kimberly and her crew. Not only was the condo spotless and beautifully furnished, but was completely stocked with everything we needed from kitchen, beach towels, to shampoo/conditioner, etc. The beach was so quiet and relaxing compared to some of the other Cali beaches. We loved everything about Solana Beach and it's location to Del Mar and the shops and restaurants in downtown Solana. We walked in the AM to LOFT for coffee and breakfast and would stop and get the best ACAI' bowls from Solana Coffee Shop. Some of our favorite dining spots was Del Mar Pizza, Jake's Del Mar and ZEL'S in downtown Del Mar as well. I recommend renting wet suits if you plan to have kids in the water' this was a game changer. The boys never left the water after renting. There is a great spot just in Solana to rent for $10 a day. This vacation/VRBO condo exceeded our expectations on every level and we are already hoping for a return visit this Summer. - VRBO Review

Your Own Slice of Heaven in Solana Beach!

To say this condo is a gem seems mild once you have been there. The pictures are accurate, but they can not mimic the experience of being there. There was more than enough space for our family. From the floors to shower doors nothing was skipped in this modern beach escape. The bedding was plush and the amenities plentiful. But, nothing compares to the view we had of the ocean and beautiful sunsets we were able to see each day of our stay from the main room or just a handful of steps from the bluff overlooking the beach and ocean. It was only a short walk to the private entrance to the staircase leading down to the beach. The beaches are clean, soft, and serene. We were able to take long walks along each of the beaches, which each give you a little bit of something to enjoy. If shopping, food, or even music are your thing, there is plenty to do at nearby Cedros Design District, which is a short walk from the condo. Even a little closer than Cedros are restaurants, a coffee shop, and fast food if you just don't want to venture out. This condo is also very close to the private parking garage. We took a Honda Pilot and had plenty of room to park. (One caveat...if you are traveling with a stroller or an elder that has difficulty walking or climbing, there are a few steps to climb from the garage to the walkway that leads to the condo and again from off the walkway to leading down to your condo.) In short, this condo is like your own slice of heaven. You may never want to leave. We didn't! - VRBO Review

We enjoyed our 8 night stay at this beautiful condo overlooking the Pacific Ocean. the condo had everything my husband and I and our two adult children with their partners needed to have a wonderful time. The property is beautifully landscaped, with two hot tubs, one heated pool (and one not heated), and tennis courts. Everything is maintained and we were in the hot tub every day--was always clean. The property is recently redone and the towels, sheets, dishes are all very nice. The management company came immediately when we had a fire alarm problem. They were very helpful. We were moving my granddaughter from Seattle to San Diego for a new career position in a national real estate company. The stay at 567 South Sierra was the high point of the trip and such a welcome bit of respite in during a hectic period! The home was beautiful, well stocked and the cleanest VRBO we have stayed. The kitchen has everything needed and a gas stove! The grill was clean and grilling supplies were plenty. The staff was available and helpful. - Google and Yelp Review

My family of 4 stayed here in early July and loved the experience. The newly renovated condo is beautiful and very well equipped and the views and the location are second to none. We surfed, SUP'd and played in the break in front of the condo daily. The property manager Kimberly was also very accommodating and always available. We will be back and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet holiday in an beautiful setting.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this highly upgraded condo with a perfect ocean front location. I’m fact, this was probably the best Air BnB our family has ever stayed in - we didn’t want to leave. Everything was so convenient. It was so easy to literally walk out the condo and watch the surfers from the front porch. Then, take the stairs down to the beach - which was never too crowded. No need to have to load up the car and fight for parking as everything is right there. What made it even more special was coming back to the condo after a day at the beach and preparing dinner in the decked out kitchen and then watching the most beautiful sunsets you’ve ever seen. Thanks so much our host for giving our family a truly memorable vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Front Gem in Solana Beach CA. First, Seascape Sur is a beautifully landscaped development with koi ponds and waterfalls scattered throughout. It is very private and well-secured, we always felt safe. The condo is tastefully decorated with a beachy Pottery Barn decor, completely updated. The kitchen was nicely stocked for preparing of meals. We definitely enjoyed the ocean view and having the windows and sliders across front of condo. This is the first time we have rented through Vacation Rentals by Kimberly, and were very impressed with everyone we dealt with before making reservation, after making reservation, and during our stay. Jasmine was very informative and helpful prior to making reservation. Both Kylie and Terry were very quick to respond during our stay with any questions we had. We were very impressed with all with their level of communication, and the quick responses we got, just what we expect from any business we deal with but don’t always get. We wanted to grill during our stay, and when we attempted to early in our visit, the grill was not working, a repairmen was sent out the next day and determined, a new grill was needed, so within 2 days, we had a new grill, we were thrilled, that’s great customer service ! We would definitely come back to Ocean Front gem and will definitely use Vacation Rentals by Kimberly when coming back to S. California. ,

The condo was perfect! Gorgeous view, fully updated, lots of extras provided (beach towels and chairs, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and more. It made packing so much easier! Easy 10 minute walk in to town. Barefoot Coffee was amazing. Also loved Annie’s Trail for a great hike through the slot canyon. The kids loved Belmont Park too!! It was a definite highlight for the family. Great communication & service from Vacations by Kimberly too!!! Thank you!

I have stayed in at least 15 different units in Seascape Sur over 20+ years and this is the best condo by far. Remodeled with open floor plan, fantastic kitchen and designer touches throughout. If its available this is the last Solana Beach property I will ever rent!

Perfect location for a family on Solana Beach with stair (129) access to the beach. Positives: Beautifully decorated with first rate furnishings, comfy beds, and plenty of relatively new beach equipment. Lots of nice touches in the unit including the flowers, succulents, and owner provided cleaning supplies. And of course the chief selling point ... location.

What a great location! Walking distance to everything, very quiet and clean. The condo looks brand - new, designer touches and luxury finishes on everything. The owners have spared no expense on furniture and decorations. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at your home! A friend came and gave me bird of paradise flowers with the vase, I thought it looked so good in your house that I left it there! The sunsets were gorgeous although it was a little too cold to go in the beach. I would recommend this to anyone and would even come back if the opportunity arose.

Enjoyed an amazing week of relaxation thanks to a beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean unit perfectly situated within walking distance of many eateries while also being inches from the water. Sunsets were breathtaking. Ocean sounds were soothing. Condo complex was quiet. Enjoyed a picnic at Fletcher Cove nearby, and even managed to play a little tennis for the first time in years. Only reason why I wouldn't recommend this place is because I want it to be available the next time we go to SD!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The complex in which the condo is located is quiet except for the sound of the ocean. We enjoyed spending time out on the front patio, the walk to the stairs and down to the beach is the perfect distance, and the beach was spectacular. Also enjoyed how stocked the rental was with everything we needed. We did puzzles and played cards in the evenings, ate great food at nearby restaurants, and took morning walks both in the beach and in to town to grab coffee. Such a great escape!

It is a stunning residence, very comfortable, with unbelievable views and beach access. It was within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and the Cedros Design District. The condo was outfitted with everything you would need for a beach vacation. It was quite simply, heaven. We didn’t want to leave and we will certainly be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this large nicely decorated condo. We enjoyed the beach access and the gear provided for the guests. Our 7 year old learned how to bodyboard in the waves. The grounds were quite for the most part with a nice community pool, tennis courts, clubhouse and a landscaped water feature with turtles, fish and ducks. We would stay again without much hesitation.

We had the best time here. It was so clean, close to many restaurants and the beach was incredible. We didn’t want to leave. They had the cabinets stocked with basics like salt, pepper, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The community was friendly and quiet. We did not want to leave!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay in the Ocean Front Gem. We found the rental to be very clean upon our arrival which was such a nice surprise. Everything was just as we had hoped. Our kids really enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. What a great location to get away from the city and enjoy a really neat part of town. Most days we ventured toward San Diego and found the trip to be less than 25 minutes. We would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a getaway. Thanks so much!

Excellent service provided in this immaculate home. Perfect for my two adult children and their significant others. We enjoyed the view and all of the space to play board games, make a puzzle and eat meals. Walkable restaurants great and many within a 1.5 mile drive. Shopping district close by and excellent for art, clothes, paper goods. The smoke alarms went off in middle of night and staff were there to answer call and get them fixed the next morning. Walked and ran and sat at beach every day. 93 stairs to get down to beach so great exercise. Everything needed was provided. The association has two great hot tubs and a heated pool that was also enjoyed. The grounds were maintained meticulously. Saw dolphins playing amidst surfers. Sunsets were gorgeous. Can’t wait to return for two weeks in future.

The apartment is beautifully designed and has a premier spot in this upscale community. It is located on the ground floor so you walk out every day to see the beautiful prestine beach of Pacific ocean! The view is breathtaking and you can see sunsets from the comfort of your living room! The community has a pretty large swimming pool (heated) and a hottub. The landscaping in this community is work of art full of delight and surprises. The management is very responsive and caring. The kitchen has everything necessary, you will feel just like at home. Overall it is a beautiful place and even better that expected!

My family loved this beautiful home! It has everything you could possibly need to enjoy the beach and relax after a day playing in the waves and sand. It is a wonderful location and we did not want to leave. We spent every evening listening to the waves crash onto the shore. My 2 and 5 yo loved every minute in this home as well. Do not hesitate to book!

The home was great! Beautifully decorated and great layout. We had 2 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of space. There is a lot of seating for meals or just relaxing, comfortable beds and nice bathroom/laundry room/closet space. The beach was an easy walk and they offer a lot of beach items you can use. They are walking distance to a lot of restaurants and a close drive to stores and activities. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time!

Location, location, location! This gem is as beautiful inside as the weather outside. It has been updated to give it a modern beach house feel. From the flooring to the shower doors, nothing was skipped. The bedding is plush and the beds comfortable. There was more than enough room for my family and plenty of amenities. The pictures and description are accurate, but they can't mimic the experience. From the sunsets to the walks on the beach or the warmth of a fireplace, you have to be there to appreciate it. The condo is a short walk to restaurants, fast food, or morning coffee. You are only steps from the bluff overlooking the ocean and a short distance from a private entrance to the stairs leading down to the beach. If shopping, music, art, food are your thing(s) then the condo is only a short walk from Cedros District as well. There is something to do for almost everyone. One thing to consider if you have with you a child in a stroller or an elder that has difficulty waking is that there are a few steps leading from the garage and also to your condo. But, it is only a short walk from the garage to your condo. The view and the condo make it all worth it. In short, there was plenty for us to do and to be able to end our days in a beautifully appointed and comfortable, roomy condo was perfect. We plan to go back.

Wow, what an amazing surprise to walk up to the front of this property with the ocean view and wild flowers sprinkled around the property. The inside is re-modeled and beautifully decorated, it exceeded our expectations. This is a dream home and I would book again in a heartbeat!

Surpassed all our expectations, the condo and complex are better than the pics! The customer service was also amazing! With being from out of town and not knowing the complex, got a bit confused locating the entrance gate but the customer service was so so helpful and accommodating right away. The beds were super comfy and all the amenities were wonderful. Enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every single night right on the porch! We would love to come back and stay and would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family!

We just finished our week long stay in San Diego with 2 adults and 3 children ages 7, 10, and 13. This condo was fantastic and met all of our needs. It was clean and the decor was perfect. The appliances all worked well and the walk to beach was short. . There were lots of Beach equipment including chairs, umbrella, mat, and sand toys. The only drawback was the lack of A/C, but we bought a fan to keep us cooler at night. Overall, I would highly recommend for any family. A solid 4.5 out of 5 stars.
