We had such an amazing stay! The Airbnb is absolutely beautiful, cozy, and even better in person. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was wonderful, friendly, and very responsive. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Kim's place was Amazing! Perfect view of the sunset and the moon over the water. Opening the windows and listening to the waves all night was so relaxing. Easy access to the beach and exceptional restaurants within walking distance. We were also able to drive 45 minutes and visit three vinyards. It was an outstanding experience that our family will definitely be doing again!

Location is spectacular, parking right at Pacific Beach is a huge plus. Condo is older but very well maintained with fresh paint, super clean, great space for two couples traveling together. We enjoyed our time there. The only drawback is there is no air conditioning (pretty common in San Diego!) so if you go in the summer, expect it to be stuffy inside. Thankfully there were overhead fans in the bedrooms and a standing fan in one so it worked out ok. The view cannot be beat!! We would stay here again.

Loved our stay! This condo was in a perfect location a little bit farther from the busiest part of the boardwalk, but steps away from the beach. It’s only 2 miles from Belmont Park and in between that there are so many restaurants, coffee and gift shops. We loved the beautiful view from the balcony drinking coffee and sipping on some wine and watch the surfers and we experienced the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen from that deck also. Appreciated that they left a bag of ice for us and the beach chairs, and towels. We actually first stayed in their condo #6 and loved it so much. We extended our stay to two days and this one was available and was even better mostly because of the view but also preferred the layout. - ABNB Review

We stayed for four days, including two days working from home, and had an amazing experience. The Wi-Fi speed was great, which made working remotely easy and comfortable.
The place itself is one of the best stays we've had. The views are incredible, and the sunsets every evening were absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect too, with easy access to really cool coffee shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. If you enjoy walking or going for a run, this place is ideal.
We'd love to stay here again the next time we visit San Diego.

Staying at Kimberly’s apartment was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, right in front of the ocean with the most incredible sunset views every evening. The place felt brand new, super clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It had everything we needed — full cooking supplies, beach towels, beach chairs, and little details that made the stay so comfortable and relaxing. The location was also perfect. We could easily walk to coffee, restaurants, and nearby spots without needing to drive everywhere. The host was amazing — very responsive, kind, and always helpful. Even our dogs loved it here…they would just sit on the balcony watching the ocean, people, and other dogs walking along the boardwalk We would absolutely love to come back again!
