QUIET HOURS: 9pm – 9am
NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ALLOWED
THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. Cats are not permitted due to homeowner allergies.
NO VIDEO OR PHOTOGRAPHY without written consent

Not baby/child proof-proofed - please walk the space on arrival and supervise kids at all times
CAMERAS: Exterior cameras record 24/7 (side of house and garage).
Noise monitoring device in backyard (measures decibel levels only)
No air conditioning in this home but we are very close to the beach and get a nice breeze year-round.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival:

• Receive full refund

Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival:

• Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees)

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun

PARTIES AND OVEROCCUPANCY POLICY:

If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
