- 2 PETS ALLOWED - There is a $30 pet fee per night. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets alone unattended during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

100% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.
50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
Early departures are non-refundable. Guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date will not receive a refund or credit for unused night

Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
Violations of house rules may result in fines and immediate eviction without refund.

The prior property management company maintained a 4.8-star rating over the last 5 years. The property has now been switched to Vacation Rentals By Kimberly to provide consistently 5-star service to you and your guests.
