There is a detached guest house (not part of your rental!) on the property in the driveway. A long term tenant resides in the guest house. The tenant does not have access to your rental and there are no shared spaces.

- QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $40 fee per night, per dog. Up to 3 dogs allowed. We do not accept cats due to the homeowner's allergies. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that on Airbnb these fees are collected after the booking has been paid and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7.
- There is a detached guest house (not part of your rental!) on the property in the driveway. A long term tenant resides in the guest house.
- Please be aware that your access is limited to the main house, and no other areas or structures are included in your arrangement.
- The backyard is fully fenced when both side gates are locked shut.
- The fireplace is not operational.
- There is a pack n play and a highchair.
- To ensure that our team can deliver exceptional 5-star cleaning service and maintain the house for our guests, we have set check-out at 10:00AM and check-in at 4:00PM. Early check-ins and late checkouts are not permitted. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty
(30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
