PARKING

- QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $50 pet fee per night, per dog. Up to 2 dog(s) allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are located on the front patio and outside the front door.
- There is no air conditioning in this home. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and there are extra tower fans.
- This home is not child proofed. The upstairs open loft area has a standard height railing, there are a lot of stairs throughout the home, and the rooftop deck ledge is standard height.
- The fireplaces are to not be utilized.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival:
• Receive full refund
Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival:
• Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees)
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun
Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
- If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
