HOUSE RULES
- Max occupancy at all times: 7
- Quiet Hours: 10pm – 7am
- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR GATHERINGS. NO EXTRA GUESTS — strictly enforced.
- No commercial photography or filming without prior written owner approval
- NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Exterior security cameras are present and recording 24/7 in outdoor areas
- This home is not child-proofed; children must be supervised at all times, especially near pool, spa, pond, and treehouse
- All TVs are Smart TVs; guests must use personal streaming accounts
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee and subject to approval
- Pool heating is available Oct 1 – June 1 for an additional charge; spa and sauna heating are included year-round
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Thirty (30) day notice required for cancellation
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will not incur penalty.
- Cancellations or date changes within 30 days of arrival forfeit full advance payment (excluding deposit and cleaning fee)
- Early departure does not qualify for a refund
PARTIES & OVER-OCCUPANCY POLICY
Any violation of noise, party, or occupancy rules that results in complaints will incur a $500 fine per occurrence and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
