This dreamy, air-conditioned 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom two-level home located on a cul-de-sac is beyond perfect for you and your family! Walk inside to immediately find an amusing game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, and a Smart TV - all calling your name! Off of the formal dining room that seats 8, there is a fully-equipped kitchen that opens up to the cozy living room and a dinette table for 6. Put your feet up and relax on the plush, spacious sofa while watching your favorite TV show or movie on the flat screen! The master suite features a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom offering a walk-in shower and large bathtub. You’ll be spending most of your time in the private, fully fenced backyard where your pets can explore while you relax in the enticing hot tub and firing up the BBQ!

• QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am
• NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED- All Strictly enforced.
• THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY: There is a $50 pet fee per night, per pet. Up to 2 pets allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times. Pets are only allowed on the first floor of this home. Please note that Airbnb will not collect pet fees at the time of booking. This is collected after the booking has been confirmed and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.
• VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
PLEASE NOTE!
• Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
• Need a Pack and Play and a High Chair for your visit? Please let our team members know if you need a pack n' play or high chair. There is a $25 fee, per stay for renting a high chair and a $35 fee for a pack n' play.
• Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7
• Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
• Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
• Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
