With over 12 years of management experience, Kimberly Jackson is a sales professional and the founder and owner of Vacation Rentals by Kimberly. A native San Diegan and Humbolt State graduate, Kimberly treats every guest like a member of her own family. Her hard work and dedication to each booking is proof of her commitment. From start to finish she makes the vacation rental process as fun, stress-free, and financially beneficial for her guests as possible. When she isn’t booking a deal you can find this powerhouse single momma, surfing with her 3 sons, boxing at the gym and supporting local businesses and schools.

Tyneal Simon provides extensive experience to each of her vacation rental owners and guests with over 10 years in property management. An Oregon State graduate, she prides herself on her ability to identify and assess market data, utilize current technologies to improve properties and attain new business by accurately identifying her clients and potential clients greatest needs. Tyneal lives nearby with her husband and two young children. When she isn’t traveling the world, her perfect day includes hiking with her kids and enjoying an exhausting few rounds of beach volleyball.
Web & Graphic Designer
Originally from LA, Cassie Eaton is a dynamo of creativity. She graduated from The Art Institutes of Portland in 2000 with her BS in Graphic Design, followed by an exciting design internship with a local startup. After over 10 years serving as their Intern turned Senior Designer, handling the company’s most crucial print projects, she served as Art Director for Journey Gym. She now enjoys working with the VRBK team promoting the brand by creating graphic design concepts and development of web & print materials. When she is not busy marketing a new product line or designing a new logo suite, she loves dancing, re-decorating her home, and chasing the sunshine with her husband and daughter.
Originally from Michigan, Mike graduated from Michigan State and began his career as an engineer in the Silicon Valley. His interest for photography began when he moved to scenic Boulder Colorado. He trained briefly under Master Photographer Chris Brown. As his passion for photography grew, he turned photography into second career after retiring from engineering. He has since published ten photography books, including “San Diego’s North Coast”. Mike resides in beautiful Solana Beach and is an avid golfer. When he is not on the golf course or taking photos, Mike volunteers his time at a local non-profit.
Guest Services & Marketing Director
Eva, our Guest Services and Marketing Director, has over 10 years of Customer Relations experience. She graduated from the University of Missouri- Columbia in 2012 where she studied Marketing & Communications. Over the years, she has developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem solving. Before joining our team, Eva created and managed a website catering to seniors looking to embrace technology. She believes her patience and pragmatism are key in her role and allow her to provide unparalleled experiences to our guests. Currently, Eva lives in Solana Beach with her fiancé and 3-year-old Labrador, Wallie.
Guest Services Director
Jessica grew up in beautiful Oceanside California. She has worked in the hospitality industry for 6 years starting as a Guest Services Agent at the Holiday Inn Express in Solana Beach. She later moved up into the Front Office Manager role for brands like Staybridge, Holiday Inn & Holiday Inn Express, and Wyndham, using her organizational skills to lead teams to success. She currently resides in Carmel Valley. She enjoys playing classical music on her flute, swimming, traveling and supporting humanitarian causes are just a few things she likes to do when she’s not serving her guests.

Originally from Florida, Kelli McKee is warm and easy going. A University of Central Florida graduate, she majored in psychology and now lives locally in La Jolla. Combining her years of customer service experience with a passion for quality travel, she provides guests with unmatched service. She has embraced the San Diego way of life, spending her free time at the beach, hiking, and working on her private pilot’s license.
Head of House Keeping Services
Nicole has over 5 years of experience with vacation rental operations. Her endeavors throughout this time have taken her through many types of units. This has helped in developing the skills and habits necessary to provide our guests with the results they desire. With her explicit attention to detail, she provides customer service you can count on. As a native to Oceanside, she has always been fond of coastal venues and the time her work gives her within these areas to continue to enjoy. She is always looking for new opportunities to exceed your expectations.
