This is by far the best location in Oceanside! This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom show-stopping penthouse condo is situated between The Oceanside Harbor Beach and The Oceanside Harbor itself! You can spend the day at the beach, head into town, or simply relax by the pool and hot tub and watch the ships sail by. The harbor has water-sport rentals if you want to have some excitement on your vacation! There is also a sauna onsite in the pool area. At night you can enjoy the cool air on the balcony of this remodeled and upgraded unit and soak in the twinkling lights from the many boats below. With the short distances to every attraction Southern California has to offer, you’ll be coming back to this condominium year after year. Trust us, you are not going to want to leave!

-NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, EVENTS, AND NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPY THE HOME - Strictly enforced.
-No pets allowed at any time, as the owner has severe allergies.
-There shall be no video, still photography, or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner.

-Fireplace is not usable
-There are no pets allowed at this home, as the owner has severe allergies.
-This home has central heat. There is also air conditioning in the living room only.
-Coin-operated laundry facilities in the building, no laundry inside the unit.
-This home is NOT baby and/or child-proof. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty
(60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the
arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your
existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 60 days away, we do
charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
