Arrive at the home and take in its unique two-story structure. The white siding highlight large windows overlooking the street and the outdoor space of the home. Once you’ve made yourself at home, wander out to the outdoor living space. A spacious deck off the living room offers a place to sit as well as outdoor dining. A provided BBQ grill allows you to cook your favorite meals al fresco for more time in the California sun. The outdoor dining set seats everyone under its umbrella for all-day fun. The ground level outdoor space features turf surrounded by native plantings. Outdoor living furnishings and a hot tub are protected by the deck overhead. There is outdoor space for your pet to roam, too.
Interior Amenities
The lower level boasts three bedrooms to choose from. Relax in the master suite, which features a king bed, flat screen TV, night tables, dresser, spacious closet, and en suite bath. It even has its own entry from the back yard outdoor space! The bathroom boasts a double-sink vanity and extra-large shower. The two guest rooms are also on this level. Each includes a queen bed, night tables, flat screen TV, and spacious closet. The two bedrooms share a hall bath featuring double-sink vanity and tub/shower combo.
Once you’ve settled in a bedroom, head upstairs to lounge in the open living space. Soaring vaulted ceilings feature wood beams and a wood panel ceiling feature along with track lighting. The carpeted living space offers plenty of room to sit and relax. In fact, a large comfy couch seats nearly the whole group! There are also two large wing chairs surrounding the square wood coffee table. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light. An entertainment center with a large TV and all the electronics for a fun movie night, and a small desk round out the features of the living area. The dining space is just steps away and connects the living and kitchen areas of the home. It features a rectangular wood table that seats the whole group for any meal of the day. The wood panel ceiling feature stretches through the dining room and into the kitchen for a cohesive look throughout. The cabinetry from the kitchen even expands into the dining room for extra storage space! Make delicious home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen. A myriad of cabinets and drawers hold everything you need and sit alongside all the appliances you need for preparing and serving the meal. Spacious counters also include a peninsula bar with seating for two. Serving outdoor meals on the deck is a snap, with a glass-panel door leading directly out to the deck from the kitchen. For your convenience, there is also a half bath on this level.
