COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY
We are following the industry standard recommended guidelines for cancellations and refunds regarding the COVID-19 Virus. Bookings made prior to March 15th 2020, with an arrival date of May 31st 2020 qualify for a full refund. Outside of that, we are upholding our normal cancellation policy. By booking, you are acknowledging and agreeing to this, even in this ever evolving current climate. Thank you for your understanding.
This sunny, ground-floor two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is perfectly located for a fun beach getaway. Just steps from Oceanside's Buccaneer Beach and Park, you’ll have quick access to surfing, swimming, and an amazing play structure for the kids. The popular Buccaneer Café has Oceanside’s best breakfast burrito and great coffee for your post-surf enjoyment. You’ll be one mile from Carlsbad Village, where you’re sure to find your new favorite brunch spot or burger. You’re also a brisk jog or half hour walk to the center of Oceanside. The condo is just a 15-minute drive to Legoland.
The unit is ideal for 4 to 6 guests. The living room has comfortable seating for six, a ceiling fan and a large flat-screen Smart TV. The couch sleeps one, and an air mattress is available for a 6th guest. Two large sliding doors open onto a patio with a barbecue and a table with four stools, perfect for an evening cocktail and a view to the pool and palms. The dining room has seating for four. There’s a complete kitchen with a stacked washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a Bialetti Moka Expresso maker, a Keurig and Mr. Coffee. There are no stairs; the unit is easily accessible for wheelchairs.
The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and two large sliding closets.
The second en suite bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and a flat-screen Smart TV.
In the garage, you'll find a secure storage area with two beach chairs, two boogie boards, one foam surfboard and sand toys. There is parking for one car in the garage but street parking is also available.
The pool is heated from June through October1. The hot tub is currently closed due to Covid, per the HOA.
Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
Please note: We ask for quiet hours from 9pm to 9am. There is a pet fee of $125 per pet and this condo only allows one pet. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets alone unattended during your stay. This home does not allow more than 6 people onsite at any given time, including visitors. No parties or gatherings please. There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. We do not write leases longer than 28 nights in length. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, we may ask for an additional theft/damage deposit.
