This 16,000 sq ft lot, with woodsy surroundings, has stunning panoramic views of the ocean to the west and a good peek at The San Dieguito Lagoon too. It is so quiet and peaceful, that it is easy to forget that it is conveniently located less than 5 miles to the world renown Torrey Pines Golf Course, 2 miles from the Del Mar Racetrack, a 1-mile drive from the ocean (only a half-mile walk!), and is just a half a mile stroll to local Del Mar shops and restaurants. -No pets allowed at any time, as the owner has pet allergies
-There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner.
-There is a tenant that lives in a separate studio apartment on the property, which is not visible from the primary house, the yard, or any of the areas you would be using. Other than a pathway to the studio along the West side of the home, the tenant does not use the driveway, yard, decks, patios or any of the amenities for the primary home.
-Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proof. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
-Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7
-Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty
(60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the
arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your
existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 60 days away, we do
charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
