- This home does NOT allow children between the ages of 6 months-3 years under any circumstances. Any guests over the age of 3 are required to know how to swim, including adults. If these conditions cannot be met, we invite you to browse through our inventory for alternative accommodations that do not have a pool.

• QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am
• NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED
All are strictly enforced.
• THIS HOME IS DOG-FRIENDLY: There is a $50 dog fee per night, per dog. Up to 2 dogs allowed. We only accept dogs due to the homeowners severe allergy to cats. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that Airbnb will not collect pet fees at the time of booking. This is collected after the booking has been confirmed and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.
• VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
PLEASE NOTE!
• There is no hot tub at this property.
• Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
• Need a Pack and Play and a High Chair for your visit? Please let our team members know if you need a pack n' play or high chair. There is a $25 fee, per stay for renting a high chair and a $35 fee for a pack n' play.
• Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
• Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7
• The fireplaces are to not be utilized.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
• Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
• Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
