QUIET HOURS: 9 PM - 7 AM
NO PARTIES: Strictly enforced
DOG-FRIENDLY: There is a $50 fee per night, per dog. Only dogs are allowed (up to 2 dogs). Cats and other pets are not permitted. Additional pets may be approved upon request through our Reservations Department. Please note pet fees will be collected post-booking.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Due to the location, this home does not accept children.
- There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7.
- The creek is visible from the cabin, but please exercise caution near it.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available for an additional fee and must be pre-approved.
- The cabin is rustic and has vintage charm. While there is central heating, due to its historic nature, it may feel cooler during winter months.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30-day notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made 30+ days prior to arrival will incur a $500 restocking fee.
For cancellations or changes within 30 days of arrival, the full payment (excluding deposit and cleaning fees) is forfeited.
PARTIES AND NOISE POLICY
Violations of our rules on noise, parties, or over-occupancy will result in a $500 fine per occurrence and possible eviction without a refund.
