No parties, gatherings, extra guests exceeding occupancy, or events allowed. Strictly enforced.
This home is not pet friendly.
Video & Photography: No video, still photography, or film production without express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
Smoking: Strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
PLEASE NOTE
This home is not baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to inspect the property upon arrival and make it safe for children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion and subject to additional fees.
Exterior surveillance cameras record video 24/7 around the front side of the home.
The indoor fireplace & piano are not for use.
The pool is not enclosed by a fence and is heated to 80 degrees. The temperature cannot be adjusted.
This home is not suitable for children ages 0–3. Guests who choose to bring children do so at their own sole risk and responsibility. All guests over the age of 3, adults included, must be able to swim confidently. The property includes a pool, and the owners and management company are not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents resulting from failure to follow these safety requirements.
If your party includes children under 3 years old or individuals who are not capable swimmers, we encourage you to reconsider booking this home.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival incur no penalty aside from a $500 restocking fee.
Cancellations or changes resulting in a shortened stay within 30 days of arrival forfeit the full advance payment (excluding deposit and cleaning fee).
Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If shortening a reservation more than 30 days before arrival, a $100 restocking fee applies.
PARTIES & OVER OCCUPANCY POLICY
We love hosting guests who enjoy and respect our home, but we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud noise, and exceeding occupancy. Any violation will result in a $500 fine per incident and immediate eviction without refund. Please help us keep this space beautiful, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
